Terms and Conditions – Grading, Restoration and Analysis

These Terms and Conditions govern the grading, restoration and pre-grading analysis services offered by GS GameOn, based at Via dei Pratoni 9 int. 11, 50018 Scandicci (Florence, Italy). By submitting a request through the forms on the Grading and Restoration pages you confirm that you have read and accepted the following.

Last updated: October 2026.

1. Quote, confirmation and payment

  • The total shown by the form is a non-binding estimate, calculated from the details and the value you declare.
  • We reply within 24 working hours with the final quote, which must be confirmed by email before any work begins.
  • Payment is taken only after our confirmation: we send you the payment request using the method you chose (PayPal, card, bank transfer or cash in store). All prices include VAT and refer to a single card.
  • For submissions of more than 30 cards we prepare a dedicated quote: contact us on WhatsApp at +39 333 322 7241.
  • Above €10,000 in total declared value the request moves to direct White Gloves handling: insurance, shipping and intake are agreed with you personally.

2. Delivery, return and insurance

  • Delivery: you can bring the cards to the shop in Scandicci (free) or ship them at your own expense. If shipped, cards must be protected in a sleeve and toploader.
  • Return: free collection in store, FedEx shipping at €15 or DHL at €20.
  • Declared-value insurance: 5% of the declared value of each card, with a minimum of €5 per card. It is mandatory for cards sent to Beckett/BGS and optional, though strongly recommended, in all other cases. Above €10,000 in total value, cover is agreed under direct handling.
  • The risk of transit to us remains with the sender: we always recommend a tracked and insured shipment.

3. Grading service

GS GameOn acts as an intermediary with the grading companies: we handle the paperwork, the international shipment and the return, while the assessment and the grade awarded are the exclusive responsibility of the company you choose (PSA, Beckett/BGS or GRAAD). You can combine different companies in the same request, card by card.

Indicative prices and turnaround

  • PSA: from €80 per card with the Standard Launch Offer (cards up to €900), Priority Launch Offer at €105 (up to €1,300), plus Express, Walk-Through and Premium. Dual Grading (grading plus autograph and/or sketch authentication) from €105. The Standard and Priority rates are a limited-time launch offer for Europe: once it ends they move to €90 and €120 (Dual Grading €120 and €150).
  • GRAAD: Base €18 per card (15 working days), Express €35 per card (1 working day).
  • Beckett (BGS): Base from €30 per card (min. 75 working days), Express from €120 per card (15 working days). Card Grade Review (crossgrading of cards already graded elsewhere) is available at the same prices.

The turnaround times stated are those communicated by the grading companies and are outside GS GameOn's control: they may vary with workload, additional checks or customs holds.

Value tiers and PSA upcharges

Each PSA service covers cards up to a maximum declared value. The value to declare is the card's real market value: if after grading the value exceeds the cap of the service chosen, PSA charges the difference in fee for the higher tier (the upcharge). Any upcharge is passed on to the customer at cost. Declaring a realistic value avoids extra costs and delays; if in doubt, contact us before shipping.

4. Restoration service

  • All-Inclusive restoration starts at €30 per card; for high-value cards the price rises with the declared value. Turnaround: maximum 30 working days.
  • Restoration upcharge: on any card we reserve the right to apply an upcharge if, following the work and based on our expertise, the card has gained a higher value (as a RAW card) than the tier originally declared, according to grading standards. Any upcharge is communicated before the card is returned.
  • We apply no protective film. The work is aimed at grading and seeks to improve cleanliness, holo, flatness, pressure marks, light creasing, chipping and lifted corners; the outcome depends on the type and extent of the damage and cannot be guaranteed to a predetermined degree.
  • Grading liability: restoration may alter a card's original state. Should the card be assessed or classified as "altered" by grading companies or third parties following the work, GS GameOn accepts no liability for that outcome.
  • After restoration you can request grading: in that case the conditions in section 3 also apply.

5. Pre-grading analysis

  • Single analysis from €15 per card; Restoration + Analysis bundle from €40. It covers examination of surface, corners, edges, holo and back, front/back centring measurement, an indicative grade estimate and a report with recommendations.
  • The estimate is purely indicative and based on internal criteria: the final judgement rests exclusively with the grading company. Any discrepancy in the centring or final grade is not attributable to the service and creates no liability for GS GameOn.

6. Limitations of liability

  • GS GameOn is not answerable for the grade awarded, the turnaround times or the decisions of the grading companies, nor for a card being classified as "altered".
  • For shipments handled by GS GameOn, cover in the event of loss or damage is that of the insurance taken out on the declared value: this is why insurance is strongly recommended and the declared value must be truthful.
  • We do not accept counterfeit cards or cards of unlawful origin; if this emerges during analysis the work is stopped and the card returned.

7. Personal data

The data entered in the forms is processed solely to handle your request, as described in our privacy policy. Consent to marketing communications is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.

8. Contact and changes
